Our custom cutting services ensure you get the size you need at the highest quality. With ongoing investment into our plant and machinery combined with regular maintenance and calibration, we aim for consistency and exceptional results. We offer a range of services using the right equipment and skilled metal workers.

Bar Cutting - We specialise in short lead times and high volume production. To achieve this we use a range of CNC controlled twin pillar type bar saws, cutting to a maximum diameter of 420mm. We also have the facility to cut tubes and sections (Close tolerances available upon request).

Sheet Guillotining - High capacity hydraulic shearing to close tolerances. Maximum thickness 6mm for aluminium products. We recommend plastic coating being applied to sheet prior to cutting to ensure a scratch free surface (where required).

Plate Sawing - Close tolerance blanks cut to customer requirements. High volume production capabilities and short lead times are available. Maximum thickness 300mm, maximum length 4000mm. Please note we stock all common commercial grades and speciality cast tooling plate. Band Sawing Circles, rings and profiles to 1500mm in diameter.
